In this inspiring and motivational talk, Sebastian Linda shows how skateboarding trained and taught him about his approach to life. Thereby, he transforms the trying and failing of skateboarding to his creative work as an audiovisual artist. In his presentation, Sebastian shows how to embrace what you love to do and how it helps you to become what you want to become. Sebastian Linda is a passionate audiovisual artist and motivational speaker. At the age of 12, Sebastian produced his first short movies, thereby teaching himself camera, audio and cutting on video recorders and VHS tapes. In his studies of media production he finalized his first full-length movie “Born to Skate”. Among many other awards and nominates, Sebastian won the Web Video Award 2014 in the category “Action”, with his movie “Revenge of the Beasts” about a skate adventure to Indonesia. In the three following years he could win the Web Video Award again: for the follow up “The Journey of the Beasts”, for the movie “Life is a Dance“ – a declaration of love to his Saxon home and for his movie “Memento Mori” about the mindfulness of death.
